Inspired by the past, passionate about our future. That's our estate mantra and we believe it because it's true. Blaauwklippen is one of the oldest working wine farms in South Africa, so you can just imagine the stories our land could tell - like the fact that the estate was even owned by Cecil John Rhodes, if only for a day. All the buildings are original but beautifully restored, including the Carriage Museum, which houses our collection of antique carriages - we'll offer you a ride, if you like.
