About Us

Escape from the city rush to Delsma Farm where you and your guests can soak up the peaceful surroundings and experience traditional hospitality at its best.

Delsma Farm is situated on the banks of the Berg River, on the famous canoe marathon route in the picturesque Riebeek Valley, 10 minutes from Riebeek Kasteel. The farm is owned by the Smuts family. The Smuts family laid down their roots in Riebeek Valley area when General Smuts bought his first farm in the area of Riebeek-Wes.

Your Wedding

Delsma Farm would like to introduce our new wedding & conference venue. The venue is air-conditioned and can accomodate up to 250 guests and has a spacious dance floor. Our unique venue is designed for all types of functions and also provides comfortable self-catering farm accommodation to enjoy a relaxing stay. Delsma Farm can accommodate 36 guests in 7 self catering cottages.

Facilities for guests include a recreation room with pool table, darts and other games as well as an exciting playground for the kids. A braai lapa and sparkling swimming pool complete the picture.

Accommodation

Get away and escape to this comfortable self-catering farm accommodation, set on a working farm with heaps of space. The well-appointed cottages are fully equipped with all your needs for a relaxing stay. The seven cottages are suitable for any number of people from a couple up to groups of 35.

Facilities for guests include a recreation room with pool table and darts as well an exciting playground for the kids. An outside braai lapa with a sparkling pool area is ideal to relax at on a warm summer’s day.

Activities to be enjoyed include lovely long walks, bird watching, fishing in the Berg River and simply being mesmerized by the incredible sunsets.
