Jembisa has hosted some beautiful bush weddings. As every wedding is such a personal experience we will liaise closely with you to meet your individual needs and requirements. We are able to host weddings with up to 50 guests and can arrange and provide all the ingredients necessary for an exceptional, memorable wedding day. All details will be carefully planned from the ceremony, flowers, decoration, guest accommodation, wedding banquet, reception, etc. We even have the most romantic and secluded honeymoon cottage. If you are considering a bush wedding with us we look forward to discussing your requirements with you.

Seeing that you and your nearest and dearest will be taking over the entire lodge for the duration of your stay it is great to know that you will all be well taken care of. Jembisa is a 5 Star graded Safari Lodge. We can offer your family and friends accommodation in the lodge as well as self-catering units. Service, hospitality and great cuisine are what we pride ourselves on here at Jembisa. Built originally as a family home, and still owned by the family, Jembisa has a wonderful atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. Staying here one does truly feel 'at home in the bush'. The lodge is built from local stone and thatch in harmony with its surroundings. It is a beautifully designed lodge with large, spacious rooms decorated with natural materials in an Afro-colonial style.
