		The hotel restaurants are all characterised by a welcoming air of friendliness. Relaxation is the order of the day, accompanied by one of several gourmet meals. From dining on the beach to dining on the poolside terrace, dining is always a rather understated affair. Hopeless romantics can never go wrong with a privately prepared meal, honeymooning at its finest!    La Casa Restaurant Open for dinner 6 days a week, La Casa is an Italian restaurant that seats 80.This romantic Italian restaurant has a welcoming aura about it. Guests are made to feel at home, and are treated to views of the glistening lights of the capital of Port Louis. The cuisine is spectacular, and is flattered by the wood and forged iron furnishings coupled with swaying palm trees and thatched roofing.   L'Horizon Restaurant This beachfront restaurant seats 50 patrons, and has a choice of cuisine that is mostly seafood orientated. A special mention for the Lobster des Mascareignes with vanilla flavoured butter and coriander-rice.
