The best time of year to get married in Wellington.

The summer months of November through to March/April are the most popular months for weddings. Temperatures in Wellington are higher than in Cape Town; thus you can count on lovely warm evenings that stay light until at least 9 pm.

Autumn is gorgeous with the vineyard changing colours to russet and the grapes being harvested and wine being made. Winter can be wet and cold, but depending on the venue, can also be a very cosy time with roaring fires adding to the atmosphere.
