The natural beauty of the landscape and the view over the Elandsdrift Valley serve as a perfect backdrop for the 8ha property’s picturesque gardens, colourful flowers and fountains.   Valverde Country Hotel is situated in the Muldersdrift area (Lammermoor) and is extremely well located for both the business person and tourist who wants the tranquillity of the country with easy access to Fourways, Sandton, Randburg and Pretoria. It is within easy access to the main highways [N1 & R28 (N14)].   Valverde is situated only 10 minutes from Lanseria International Airport from where daily flights operate to Cape Town and various other attractions in South Africa. Its excellent location makes Valverde ideal for weddings, day conferences, company breakaways, and international and business travellers.   Valverde lies on the brink of the Cradle of Humankind – a listed World Heritage Site where our ancestors once roamed free. The Cradle of Humankind and its surrounds offer game watching and fine cuisine to the discerning connoisseur. Valverde’s per person charges are all inclusive of catering, chapel and venue hire. Prices start from R135p.p. (excl. drinks) with a variety of menus such as Breakast or Brunch, Picnic, Lunch or Dinner Buffet, Spitbraai, Plated Gala Dinner and many more. Valverde offers 2 equally breathtaking venues (each with its own chapel) to host the celebration of your vows. Both venues have their own separate entrance gate, secure parking areas and access path for the privacy of the function. Couples with a taste for exclusivity can book out whole resort at an additional cost.

		The King’s Hall is an indoor venue that seats up to 120 guests, with a spacious raised dance floor, fire place and a separate buffet area. The Jasmine Chapel overlooks the Elandsdrift Valley and the Renaissance garden and the Lavender Field. It is furnished with wrought iron features, wooden pews, a red carpet and an arch at the entrance.   The Olive Lapa seats up to 200 guests (indoor and outdoor seating) and is permanently decorated with fairy lights in the thatched roof and wrought iron lanterns with candles. Both the Olive Lapa and the Vista Chapel overlook the Elandsdrift Valley. The Vista Chapel is furnished with banquet chairs, rustic cross and red carpet.   A Garden Wedding option is available in the Renaissance garden, where couples can get married with a touch of European flair in front of the Venue Fountain, surrounded by classical statues, and a maze garden with boxed hedges, lavender and white roses.
